Jim Kleck and his wife of 50 years, Patty, volunteered for HFM for five years prior to Jim being elected to the BOD in 2014. Prior to moving to Jacksonville in 2000, Jim worked for the multinational pharmaceutical company, Eli Lilly, for 34 years in positions of drug development, human resources, and manufacturing management. During his career with Lilly, Jim served on numerous for-profit and non-profit Boards. Since relocating to Jacksonville from Indiana, Jim has served on the BOD of Queens Harbour POA, volunteered at Mayo Clinic for ten years, and is currently a volunteer “storyteller” at TPC Sawgrass. Jim’s current capacity with Hart Felt’s BOD is Governance, which entails recruitment of new Board members, policy, and by-laws. Jim and Patty attend Community Presbyterian Church.
