The Hart Felt Veterinary FundThe Hart Felt Ministries Veterinary Fund helps buy food and help pay vet expenses for our clients, most of whom live below the poverty line. Pets are great source of companionship and offers health benefits as well – from serving as a stress relief to promoting physical activity and encouraging routines for seniors. Your $100.00 donation will allow us to make sure that a mobile vet can provide shots and other needed medical services to both service animals and companions of our seniors. The donation can also provide for a mobile groomer to provide much needed services to our disabled seniors' pets.$1,610.00 donated of $2,000.00 goal
Wheelchair Ramp ConstructionHelp build a quality wooden wheelchair ramp for someone who cannot leave their home due to steps that they can no longer maneuver after a fall, amputation, or chronic pain. We provide the volunteers and a licensed contractor to draw the plans and oversee the project and YOU help by paying for the lumber and hardware.$250.00 donated
The Hart FundThe Hart Fund was established in 2015 to meet the growing need in the community to provide minor home repairs and emergency assistance to our clients. The Fund was launched by a generous gift from the Jim Moran Foundation. Through your generous donations, Hart Felt Ministries is able to help Jacksonville seniors stay independent and age gracefully in their own homes. We utilize donations made to the Hart Fund for emergency financial assistance, minor home repairs, provide gift cards for groceries and other essential services.$6,160.00 donated of $10,000.00 goal
