About Hart Felt Ministries:
Hart Felt Ministries was established in 2003 as a non-profit organization that helps senior citizens in Jacksonville, Florida age in place. Our ministry provides support to local seniors through our four programs: Companionship (volunteers help seniors in their homes); Fall Prevention (wheelchair ramps and grab bars); The Hart Fund (minor home repairs and emergency financial assistance) and the Transportation Program.
The mission of Hart Felt Ministries is to honor God by enriching the lives of seniors and enabling them to age in place with dignity and grace. Our vision is a community where frail seniors no longer fear where and how they age. We are grounded in principles that encourage personal growth, community service, and a spirit of generosity. Our mission is inspired by our faith-based values to support and uplift those in need.
